Alice in Wonderland

“It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.”, says Alice.

“Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”– Lewis Carroll.

The strangely surrealistic adventures of Alice through the Looking Glass, quite possibly the result of author Lewis Carroll’s migraine headaches, have captivated readers for generations. Things in Wonderland get curiouser and curiouser , as Alice points out, and the whole story is a headlong romp through a hallucinatory world of Mad Hatters and vanishing cats, though there is always time for a cup of tea.  Even a hundred years after its publication, Grace Slick was imploring us to “Go ask Alice” in the psychedelic anthem “White Rabbit”. Curiouser, indeed.
