  Lindell Bridges

Lindell Bridges is the President of Pure Earth Resources, which is a geoscience consulting firm with offices in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Sharpsville, Pennsylvania; and Woodlands, Texas. Lindell by education and training is a Geologist with over 30 years of experience in development and exploration in the oil and gas industry. He graduated with a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from University of Arkansas. His thesis was supported by NASA, the said thesis used imaging radar data from the Space Shuttle Program.

Lindell is an experienced shale geologist who drilled his first shale well back in 1987 in Kanawha, West Virginia. Lindell has participated in 40 different unconventional plays worldwide, including the Fayetteville, Marcellus, Utica, New Albany, Antrim, Chattanooga and Barnett, all within his 37+ years of experience in the said industry.

Chesapeake’s Fayetteville Shale play in Arkansas was built by Lindell, drilling their discovery well in White County, Arkansas.  Marcellus and Utica shales was Lindell’s first tasks as Chesapeake’s Exploration Manager of the Eastern U.S. Afterwards, Lindell was employed by EOG in Forth Worth,Texas as their Exploration Manager of the Barnett oil play.

Lindell, again worked with Marcellus and Utica while he was the Senior Vice-President of  Geoscience for EQT Production Company in Pittsburgh, PA. During his time, he implemented technology that improved productions numbers from the Marcellus by almost ten-fold.

His company, Pure Earth Resources is a geoscience consulting firm that focuses on conventional and unconventional projects. Lindell is also a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Geological Society of America, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Oklahoma City Geological and the Sigma gamma Epsilon Society.
