Carla Hill is a teaching associate at Marist College, located in Poughkeepsie, New York. She is responsible for utilizing technology to enhance student learning, conducting evaluation in all phases of usage of information technology in concurrent implementation for overall evaluation of quality assurance standards for meeting criteria. as well as developing a curriculum for students enrolled in statistical mathematical courses. She has more than 35 years of experience in academia.

Carla L. Hill received her Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, at Lenoir-Rhyne University. She received her Master of Arts in computer science, at Union College. Now she is pursuing an Ed. D, in educational leadership, at the University of Phoenix. She started her career path in 1980, as an adjunct lecturer at Dutchess Community College. Ms. Hill is affiliated with several professional organizations, such as the American Statistical Association and the Mathematical Association of American. Ms. Hill has done outstanding work which has been reflected in awards such as the “Special Services Award” for working with students with learning disabilities in 2005, 2008, and 2010. Ms. Hill is a volunteer with the St. John’s Lutheran Church. As an added bonus Ms.Hill enjoys mentoring young women striving to receive their Silver and Gold Awards through Girl Scouts.
