Margaret Tracey is the Regional UniServ Director with the California Teachers Association. She serves as a represenative for over 4,000 Teachers for Pre k-12 and community college of San Bernardino. It is her responsibility to provide solutions to problems, training and counsel for daily situations to problems, training and counsel for daily situations, as well as overseeing contracts, employee rights, and working conditions. The California Teachers Association represents over 340,000 public school teachers, counsellors, psychologist, librarians, other non- supervisory certificated personal and Educational Support Professionals.
Ms. Tracey attended Florida Atlantic University where’s she was awarded her Bachelors degree in English in 1967.  She has been dedicated to the educational system for over 43 years demonstrating exceptional service. Ms. Tracey  has taught English, Latin, and Humanities in junior high, middle and high school settings within Broward County, Florida.  Before Ms. Tracey worked as the Regional UniServ Director, she served as the Executive Director of the Garden Grove Education Association, and also was the Executive Director for the Freemount Unified District Teachers Association for 3 years. She has also served as the Executive Director for the Amarillo Classroom Teachers, UniServe Director with the Georgia Association of Educators/NEA, working as chef represenative for 10 local divisions. Ms. Tracy is affiliated with Phi Delta Kappa, The Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, The California Staff Organization, The National Staff Organizations and The National Association for female Executive. Aside from work Ms. Tracey enjoys collecting Southwestern Art, is and avid reader, loves deep sea fishing and enjoys going to the theater.
